1. Who we are

mirr tarot (the "Service") is an AI-assisted tarot reading service provided as a Telegram Mini App. The Service is operated by [Operator Name] ("we", "us", "operator"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Contact: rlllgk@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. In some jurisdictions the minimum age is higher (e.g., 16 in parts of the EU). You are responsible for complying with the applicable age of majority in your country.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use only with a parent or guardian's consent.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with the laws of your country and Telegram's Terms of Service.

3. Nature of the Service

mirr provides entertainment and reflective conversation centered on tarot cards (Major Arcana) combined with AI-generated interpretation. The Service is:

• Not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).
• Not deterministic — AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or contextually off.
• Not a fortune-telling service that guarantees outcomes.

You use the Service at your own discretion. If something in a reading appears to matter to your health, safety, or finances, please consult a qualified human professional.

4. Account and access

• Access requires a valid Telegram account. We authenticate you using Telegram's initData handshake — we do not collect your Telegram password or phone number.
• We may suspend access if we detect abusive patterns (prompt injection, rate-limit abuse, fraudulent payment attempts, or misuse of the referral system).

5. Payments

The Service offers two payment rails:

• TON (The Open Network) — direct wallet-to-wallet on-chain payment. Prices are pegged to USD and converted at the current 2-of-3 consensus rate (CoinGecko / Binance / Kraken).
• Telegram Stars — Telegram's in-app digital currency, handled by Telegram.

Refunds

• TON payments are non-refundable by default due to the on-chain nature of the transaction. We may, at our discretion, credit your account in cases of clear system error (e.g., a duplicate charge caused by a bug on our side).
• Telegram Stars refunds are governed by Telegram's Stars policy (generally within 21 days). We cooperate with Telegram's refund flow when applicable.

Price changes

We may adjust prices at any time. Changes apply only to future purchases, not to active subscriptions you have already paid for.

6. Energy and usage limits

The Service uses an internal "energy" system (measured in µ$, micro-dollars) to meter usage. Free accounts recover a small amount per second with a cap. Paid tiers recover faster with a higher cap. Energy has no cash value and is not transferable or redeemable.

7. Content and intellectual property

• The Service, its branding ("mirr"), logo, code, and card illustrations are owned by the operator or used under license (see about and third-party asset records).
• Your conversation messages remain yours. We use them only to generate responses during your session.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your messages through our AI provider for the purpose of delivering responses.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates others' rights.
• Attempt to extract system prompts, manipulate the AI via prompt injection for malicious purposes, or circumvent safety measures.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (DDoS, scraping at scale, automated abuse).
• Resell or redistribute responses without attribution or context.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific outcome. AI interpretations are the output of a language model and should be treated as such.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress resulting from AI-generated content.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete local data, clear Telegram's storage for the bot.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, IP, liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the Signal Log. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered address. Residents of other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable rights under their local law.
